We are a fiscal sponsor led by a collective of organizers who champion racial, gender-based, economic and dis/ability justice. We partner with other organizers across Connecticut to interrogate and challenge existing power structures together.
We are field builders and conveners.
We collaborate with other field builders to incubate burgeoning community organizing projects and to set an overarching strategy for organizing in Connecticut.
We offer a benefits hub to the projects so that young organizers and activists in the movement have access to comprehensive healthcare, coworking space, leadership development and professional mentorship.

We provide organizational development for the groups we sponsor, helping groups to build their long-term strategies to ensure the work is sustainable and rooted in justice.
